This a brave attempt to reduce friction in the identity verification process. Violet is an identity verification app that allows users to manage their personal and sensitive documents and track and control who can access them by putting the power in the hands of the users. Businesses can request these documents, ensuring a seamless and secure identification process. This case study documents the research and design process of creating this user-first experience.
